Hey Emily-
I was very impressed with Dante's thoroughness and expertise, and I filled out the customer satisfaction card, and mailed it this morning. Even though SSLexus is very far away from my home in NW Chandler, it was worth the drive out yesterday. I want Dante for my service advisor at all future appointments. Dante went over all checkpoints, and assured me that my battery is still testing great, and that's what I was the most concerned about. Thank you for the water and red apple in the customer lounge. 
Just to let you know, I live 3 miles from Lexus chandler and go 9 miles out of my way because since the first time I went to Superstition Springs, your company has treated me well, ESPECIALLY my service advisor Dante.   When Dante tells me I need something for my car, I trust him and I know I need it.  It doesn't 'feel' like a hard sell.  I have owned many different types of cars, Isuzu, Mazda, and Nissan and you can tell when the advisor is just trying to make a sale.  I do not feel that way when I bring my car for service at your location.

Please let Dante know I appreciate his service.

I just felt I had to express my gratitude for the Honesty and Integrity of the service Dept. at Superstition Springs Lexus Dealership. From Stacy and Nancey who are my first contacts to Tony who picks up my car I could not ask for nicer and helpful people to deal with including Russel and Mike Mcgee in service. I am always kept informed as to what is needed or what is being done and why.

As a widow who lost her husband 1-1/2 yrs ago I cannot express how much dealing with people of this caliber means to me. Their Honesty and integrity is above reproach. I am extremely happy I found Superstition Springs Dealership. I only drive maybe 1,000 miles in 6 months.

I spoke with Russell regarding my Ls400 yesterday and wanted to let you know what an asset he truly is. He gave me his honest opinion in regards to my transmission and it's servicing.
