Lexus Plus Black Panther Combine for a Commercial
The new Black Panther Movie, called "Wakanda Forever" is slated to come out soon. As a result, Lexus is teaming up with Marvel to create a commercial that serves both purposes.
New Lexus Commercial
In this new commercial, the all-female Royal Guard, with the main general, will be featuring in the commercial. This 90-second spot will feature the Wakandans in a chase as they use a Lexus RZ 450e to get away from pursuers. This vehicle was chosen because it has a similarity to Wakanda itself. Wakanda is a very technologically advanced society, and the Lexus is a tech-advanced vehicle as it's electric. The vehicle is also luxurious. This vehicle is the first fully-electric Lexus RZ hailing from 2023. These two companies have teamed up before for the first movie, so it appears to be a precedent.
The commercial is advertising for both Lexus and the new movie, which will feature the events that occur in Wakanda after Prince T'chala. This will include characters like Shuri. Beyond just the commercial, there will be Lexus vehicles in the full-length movie as well, just as there was last time. This time around, you're going to be able to see vehicles like the Lexus LC 500 vehicle in the full-length movie as long as other ones like the GX.
In the last movie, they showed off a Lexus that was shown off for the movie and made it look like it was being operated by Shuri remotely to help out King K'Chala. The Lexus commercial will be played continually between now and when the movie is slated to come out in November, so you'll have plenty of opportunity to watch it.
The leaders of Lexus have remarked that they have collaborated more than once with Marvel now and that it appears to be working out well for both companies in terms of their joint venture.
