What's New For the 2020 Lexus IS?
Both the IS300 and IS350 saw some pretty significant changes in 2019. As a result, there was not much that needed updating in 2020. There is, however, a Blackline Edition package that makes the IS even more stylish. It adds darker exterior accents to places like the mirror caps, grille, and wheels. Inside, drivers will find many dark blue door panels, dashboard, and steering wheel. Completing the look is dark blue and gray accent stitching. The Lexus IS is currently in its third generation.

What Features are Available for 2020?
There are four different types of IS luxury sedans to choose from in 2020. There is the IS300, IS300 F Sport, IS 350, and IS 350 F Sport. Standard for the entry-level models is a 7" touchscreen and 10-speaker audio system. Also available is a 10.3" touchscreen with built-in navigation as well as 15-speaker Mark Levinson surround-sound system.
Standard on all models is Siri Eyes Free, which works with compatible iPhones to help drivers access their music, send text messages, and more. Fancy touch-based climate controls make it simple to change the temperature inside the IS. To make life even easier, all models also include a full-color LCD multi-information display. Not only does this give data on the vehicle's performance, but it also gives information from the multimedia system.
How Well does the 2020 Lexus IS Perform?
There are two different engines available for the 2020 Lexus IS. The entry-level option is a turbocharged 2.0L inline-four that produces an impressive 241-horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque. Drivers can also have an option of a 3.5L V6 that will give them 260-horsepower as well as 236 lb-ft of torque in the IS300. There is a version of this engine that can produce 311-horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque, which is found in the 350 models. All trim levels of the 2020 Lexus IS can be had with either rear-wheel or all-wheel-drive.
2020 Lexus IS has an Abundance of Safety Features
Those looking for a sporty yet safe vehicle will be happy to hear that the Lexus IS has several standard advanced driver aids. They are automatic high beam assist, lane-keep assist, and lane departure warning. Also standard is a tire pressure monitoring system and a rearview camera with dynamic guidelines. It is easy to see and be seen thanks to the standard LED lighting that is found all around the vehicle. Available on certain models is also a blind-spot monitor with rear cross-traffic alert. Other optional safety features include rain-sensing windshield wipers and intuitive parking assist. That last feature uses sensors in both the front and rear bumper to help drivers do things such as parallel park.
